1.Shipping Information

(1) Our Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

(2) After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 days to process your order. (Note: Some of products require 5-7 days to customize. ) You will receive Email and SMS notification once your order has been shipped.

(3) In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time 5-14 days of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.

(4) If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify within 45 days of the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics related issues, you must contact customer service within 90 days of the order date.

2.How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase.

You can get a calculation of your exact shipping charges by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your mailing address.

The shipping cost will automatically update and display in your total costs.

3.Will I be charged VAT taxes?

Items shipping internationally are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.

Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country's customs policies.
