Shipping & Tracking

What shipping carriers do you use?

We ship all orders via UPS and FedEx. Please note that carriers do not deliver on weekends or U.S. national holidays, which may cause minor delivery delays.

Can you deliver to a PO Box or APO/FPO address?

We do not deliver to PO Boxes, APO or FPO military addresses. Please provide a valid residential or commercial street address for delivery.

Where do you ship your products from?

EXNOTE owns and operates multiple local warehouses across the United States (West Coast, East Coast, and South Region). We will automatically arrange shipment from the warehouse closest to your delivery address, ensuring faster delivery and lower transit damage risks.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We process and ship out all orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Thanks to our multi-warehouse local stocking system, most U.S. orders arrive in 3–7 business days. In rare cases due to remote locations or carrier schedule adjustments, delivery may take up to 10+ business days. You will receive a detailed delivery confirmation email once your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?

Free standard shipping is available for all orders within the United States.

How can I track my order?

You can track your shipment anytime by logging into your EXNOTE account. We will also send the official tracking number and shipping updates to your registered email once your order is dispatched.

I did not receive my order confirmation or tracking email.

Please confirm you entered a valid and correct email address during checkout. We recommend checking your spam or junk mailbox first. If you still cannot find the email, feel free to contact our support team to retrieve your order and tracking information.

I only received part of my order.

Some furniture sets and multi-piece orders will be shipped in separate packages, which may be dispatched from different local warehouses. Packages may arrive on different days. Please wait patiently for the remaining shipments. If your order is incomplete after the maximum delivery period, contact us for further assistance.

How do I apply a coupon code?

1. Add your favorite products to the shopping cart;
2. Proceed to the checkout page;
3. Locate the coupon code box, manually enter your valid code, and click “Apply” to redeem the discount.
Note: Only one coupon code can be applied per single order.
