At EXNOTE, we stand firmly behind the quality of all our furniture products. We strive to ensure every customer enjoys a satisfying shopping experience and long-lasting product performance. If any quality issue occurs with your product, we will make every effort to resolve it properly.
1-Year Limited Warranty Coverage
This limited warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser who buys products directly from the official EXNOTE website (https://www.exnote.cn/) or our authorized retailers. A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty verification and claims.
Clearance items are excluded from this warranty. All products marked “Clearance” on our website are sold as-is and do not qualify for warranty repair, replacement, or refund services.
Warranty Duration
All EXNOTE furniture products come with a 1-year limited warranty unless otherwise specified on the product page. The warranty period officially starts on the date you receive your order and remains valid for one full year.
If your product is repaired or replaced under this warranty, the new coverage will only remain valid for the remaining time of the original warranty period, with no extended or reset coverage.
What Is Covered
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use and proper maintenance during the warranty period, in strict accordance with product instructions.
Covered product defects refer to issues that affect the structural integrity and normal functionality of the furniture, including but not limited to:

Broken frames, components, and hardware parts

Obvious abnormal stains affecting normal use

Functional failures and structural defects

Severe misalignment that impacts daily usage

Unintended tears, cracks, or splits on fabric and leather surfaces caused by manufacturing issues (excluding artificial damage)
Natural material characteristics are not considered quality defects. Due to the properties of wood, leather, and other natural materials, minor texture differences, slight color fluctuations, natural distressing, and sporadic oxidation are normal inherent features. These unique characteristics do not affect product safety, stability, or functionality and will not be covered by warranty services.
Warranty Solutions
Once we confirm that your product issue qualifies for valid warranty coverage, EXNOTE will take one of the following solutions at our discretion:

Repair defective parts or the entire product with new or refurbished accessories

Replace defective parts or the product with a brand-new or equivalent refurbished product

Provide a partial refund according to the actual condition and assessment result of the defective product
Warranty Exclusions
This limited warranty does not cover the following situations, and any of the following will void warranty eligibility:

Normal wear and tear generated by daily long-term use

Damage caused by negligence, accidental impact, intentional destruction, or exposure to extreme environments (excessive high/low temperature, dryness, humidity, direct sunlight, and other abnormal conditions)

Scratches, burns, water stains, indentations, and other external damage caused by accidents, abuse, or improper operation beyond normal household use

Unauthorized disassembly, modification, self-repair, or commercial/institutional public use

Minor surface imperfections that do not affect structural stability and normal product functionality
How to File a Warranty Claim
To exercise your warranty rights, please contact our support team with detailed information, including your order number, valid purchase proof, and clear photos or videos of the product problem. EXNOTE reserves the right to request visual materials to verify all warranty applications.
